How do I recognize if my product is compatible with the hOn App?
Compatibility with the hOn App is generally indicated on the appliance itself and in the user manual. If you try to pair an incompatible appliance, the app will display an error message.
What should I do in case I replace my modem or change my network password?
Through the app you can manually change the network information: go to the appliance settings, select "Wi-Fi network settings" and change the fields: Wi-Fi network name and Wi-Fi password
Can I use the app on multiple smartphones or with other family members?
Yes. Thanks to the Family Sharing function, users will have the opportunity to create a group and use the enlisted appliances in collaboration with the other members of the group.
How can I pair my appliance to Google Home or Alexa?
The pairing process is extremely simple: from the app's home page, select the "More section", then go to "Set Up Voice Assistants" and choose yours. The relevant sections contains both pairing instruction and available voice commands
