How does delivery work?

Large appliance orders will incur a £20 delivery charge.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email, SMS or phone call within 24-48 hours from our logistics partner, Product Care Group, directing you to their booking portal to book your delivery. Please note that there may be a delay over bank holidays. For offshore deliveries, the lead-time may
be up to 14 days. For Scottish Highland deliveries, the lead-time may be up to
10 working days.

Yes, we offer a freestanding installation service at a cost of £10.
