How to Unpair and Pair TV Remote?

Re-pairing a remote manually If a remote needs to be paired again:

  1. Go to Settings > Remotes & Bluetooth Devices > Alexa Voice Remotes
  2. Select Add New Remote
  3. When "Searching" appears on screen, press and hold the Home button on the remote for 10 seconds
  4. The remote will appear in the list once discovered

Unpairing a remote:

  1. Go to Settings > Remotes & Bluetooth Devices > Alexa Voice Remotes
  2. Highlight the remote you want to unpair
  3. Press the Options button and confirm (Note: unpairing is not available if only one remote is paired)
