How does delivery work?

Large appliance orders will incur a £20 delivery charge.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email, SMS or phone call within 24-48 hours from our logistics partner, Product Care Group, directing you to their booking portal to book your delivery. Please note that there may be a delay over bank holidays. For offshore deliveries, the lead-time may
be up to 14 days. For Scottish Highland deliveries, the lead-time may be up to
10 working days.

Will the product be installed for me?

Yes, we offer a freestanding installation service at a cost of £10.

Our logistic partners, Product Care Group, will install the appliance on delivery.

Can you recycle my old appliance?

Yes, we offer a recycling service at a cost of £20.

You will need to disconnect your old appliance and our logistic partners, Product Care Group, will remove and recycle the old appliance on delivery of the new one. Please ensure you add this service in the checkout.
